Week 22 (2019 Dates = 5/25 – 6/1)

2018 Maintenance Fee = $525
(Note: The Boardwalk One resort calendar is different so Week 22 at Boardwalk One is considered Week 21 at most all other resorts).
Boardwalk One is located directly on one of the best boardwalks and beaches in the U.S. in Ocean City, MD. The location is right in the heart of the shops, stores, and dining, with only a short walk to the inlet and main events area. The weather this week is usually excellent for strolling on the boardwalk, biking, and swimming.
This is a Studio unit with 2 Queen Murphy beds that pull down from the wall, a kitchen with stove and large ¾ size fridge, table with 4 chairs, and bar with 2 stools. The balcony is very large and can comfortably hold 4 people (or more), and this is also where we store our bikes.
You can also exchange internally within the Defender Resorts network into properties in Ocean City, MD, Myrtle Beach, Florida, Cayman Islands, and Western North Carolina.
Boardwalk One trades in both Interval International and RCI
