Biennial RCI Points - I e-mailed Festiva Owner Services inquiring about converting from RCI to Festiva Points to use with RTX Exchange or Festiva resorts directly and was told the contract is deeded 15,300 CW Points (Shares), by-annual odd years.
"You would have to contact RCI and request that your RCI points
subscription account is cancelled. Once that is done, you would have to
send us a letter or e-mail to ownerservices@festiva.com, indicating that
you have already cancelled your RCI points account and from that point on,
you would like to have your timeshare ownership converted back to shares.
Once your request is received, it will be reviewed by our team and updated
accordingly"
So this is another option you could use if you did not want to pay the RCI membership & exchange fees.

Annual Maintenance Fee: $595.32, paid through 2018 and will be paid through 2019 before transfer.
