I have a week at Foxhunt at Sapphire Valley in Cashiers Valley. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, not a lock-off. It is located on the small Meadow lake with a beautiful view off the lovely deck. The unit has been beautifully updated and well maintained. The maintenance fee is $945 for 2018 because of the addition of a $200 reserve fee. I am unable emotionally and otherwise to keep this timeshare since my husband's death. The resort is willing to take this week back (with a fee) but I would prefer to move it onto a family who will enjoy it. I am willing to pay all transfer fees, but the new owners will be responsible for the 2018 maintenance fee. The resort trades with both RCI and II. I will give this about a week before I feel I must pay the resort to take it back.
Thanks
Pat
