I need someone to help me out. My husband has stage 4 bladder cancer. We have never been able to use our timeshare since purchasing in 2015 and now we really never can. It is fully paid for but I am not sure where the deed is. I need someone who knows how to do this, will pay the cost and can help me with the process. I am already overwhelmed with caring for my husband. RCI account is up to date but needs renewed Aug 31st. Maintenance fees are paid and last one was $417.50. Week number 44 is assigned but we were told any week can used.
