This is not my week to give away but one I saw on Timeshare Nation (which I am not affiliated with). I do own a different week at JH TC and am familiar with the resort.

From reading TUG, it seems that week 7 is a higher demand week in ski areas. Maintenance fees are $564/year for a two bedroom, so it's a very reasonable price for a week of skiing. TPUs for this week are 21, so I think the value of this unit is more for use than for trading purposes (my fall week garners 26 TPUs). There is no elevator to the second floor.

The timeshare is in the downtown area so if the weather turns nasty, there's still the ability to walk around and shop, eat, etc. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The 2 bedroom units have 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and fireplace. Not the newest resort but it is clean and maintained.
