FREE timeshare in the Myrtle Beach, SC area:

Presidential Villas at Plantation Resort
3-bedroom lockout
Floating Red (choose 1 week from weeks #9-19, 39-44, 47, 51-52)

Usage begins 2019

Just pay the closing/transfer cost and this is yours! Closing to be done by Legal Timeshare Transfers.

Maintenance fees are $840 (in 2017) and are paid in the usage year only.

I recommend booking Easter Week, locking out and deposit into RCI. The lockout will give you 2 deposits, a 2 bedroom and studio. This year's deposit I received a total of 42 TPUS in RCI, so the cost came out to $20 per TPU.

Due to personal circumstances I need to downsize my timeshare portfolio.

Joined TUG '96, Wyndham Grand Palms AKA, Presidential Villas at Plantation Resort, 3 bed lockout.
we own there. EOY Even, great resort with good trading power. nice to lock out 2bd and hotel unit out and get tpu on both sides.. one year we separate the 2 bd and hotel.. reserved july 4th week for hotel got like 28 to 32 TPU's and rented 2bd side for $1200. lots of upgrades recently, new granite countertops in bathroom and kitchen, new soft goods, etc.. well run and low cost MF's as well for gold crown.
