Maintenance fees are $924 (in 2019) and are paid in the usage year only.
I recommend booking Easter Week, locking out and deposit into RCI. The lockout will give you 2 deposits, a 2 bedroom and studio. This year's deposit I received a total of 47 TPUS in RCI, so the cost came out to less than $20 per TPU.
Due to personal circumstances I need to downsize my timeshare portfolio.
