Presidential Villas @ Plantation Resort - 3 BR Lock out unit. SUMMER RED.

ODD year usage, beginning in 2021.

Mortgage paid in full, maintenance fees current. 2019 MF's were $924.

Building Unit 231 week A2 Week 33 ODD

Buyer to pay closing costs and resort transfer fee. Recommend LT Transfers.

This is a great RCI trader! (I am not at all associated with mark201235. I own one of these - love it for trading). The TPUs und up costing about $15/point.

RCI weeks.

New owner will have the option to enroll in the maintenance fee monthly payment plan (no admin fees) and make a reservation up to 2 years in advance (to use or deposit into RCI) without having to make full payment.

Split the lock off into a 2 BR unit and hotel unit during prime summer week for max TPU’s. Can also use entire lock off or use part and deposit part. Very good TPU/MF ratio.

Total cost to new owner would be $358 if using LT Transfers. Nice way to get a bunch of TPU's with RCI on an every other year basis.

I was able to book a 3 BR Thanksgiving week at Grande Villas Resort, a 3 BR unit next fall at Little Gull Resort, and a 2 BR unit next May at Royal Islander in Cancun for the TPU's given for the summer week reserved at Presidential Villas. (Full disclosure: Total costs for these three vacations including MF's on Pres. Villas unit + 3 exchange fees + RCI membership = $1730, or $577/week).

Still available and would be a good fit for someone looking for a very good TPU/MF ratio. I'm letting this go because I have one too many units like this and can't find the time to use all of the TPU's I've been getting. PM me with any questions.
