It's there a point schedule for the various room sizes and seasons of the Club Regina resorts? I wasn't able to locate it through the posted link.

Thanks.

Yes, there is a PDF file within Raintree but it is too large for me to easily send or post. I will continue to find something I can copy and paste on to this Reply.

My membership is considered a “Gold” membership with 50,000 yearly points that would get you in a 1 bedroom at the Raintree resorts during high season. It will vary from resort to resort as to what type of unit you can get at the numerous Alliance resorts.

Please see a condensed listing in the attached. Let me know if you'd like a particular resort from page 2 and I can attach that page.

Yes, all 100,00 can be used in 2019, of course, based on availability. 50,000 of these points are from 2018 so they must be used by the end of this year, OR you can roll the points/week over into RCI which allows you to use the points for another 2 years. Additional fees due apply when using RCI.

I've been to the Palm Springs location and it is very, very nice....right on the golf course.

Hi, for some reason no reply button on your private conversation to me so I'll post here.

Curious why you haven't used the 100,000 points this year, is availability an issue? I don't know Raintree... they list 16 resorts and also on their website 7 at Diamond and 36 at Bluegreen, are they part of booking options?

What is the transfer process?

thx
Dave

We have not been able to travel as much over the past 2 years due to taking care of elderly parents and when we do travel, we've been going on large family vacations that require house rentals. In the past, I've never had any problems booking within Raintree, even on relatively short notice. I've used several Diamond resorts with no problems as well, but try to book that about 6 months in advance. It just requires a phone call to Raintree and they handle the bookings as if you were using a Raintree resort with no added fees. I've been very pleased with Raintree's customer service.

The transfer process from Raintree:

Existing RVC Members (Transferor) must provide the following:
 Copy of government issued ID for all Members who are currently listed on the RVC
Membership.
 Completed RVC Membership Transfer Acknowledgement form. This form
must be signed and notarized by all Members who are currently listed on the RVC
Membership.

New RVC Members (Transferee) must provide the following:
 Copy of government issued ID (e.g. drivers license, passport, etc.) for all New Member(s) that
are to be listed on the RVC Membership.
 Completed New Member(s) Acknowledgement form. This form must be
signed and notarized by all New Members that are to be listed on the RVC Membership.
 New Member(s) Information Sheet completed by New Member(s). This form
must be signed and notarized by all New Members that are to be listed on the RVC
Membership

I've attached both forms below.

I'll pay the transfer fee.

And the form I have to fill out is also attached. The membership is required to be in good standing (which it is), before they will allow a Transfer of ownership.

If you get no takers, try to contact with @DonnaD on this Board. We have visited her several times at her resort near the marina in Puerto Vallarta.

The resort is very nice and close to the marina and many restaurants. It is also on the beach so a super location!

She knows quite a few guests or owners who may want to take over your contract and Donna has helped them if they needed help.

What a pity that you can no longer use it yourself.
