Red Wolf Lakeside Lodge, Hanalei Bay Resort, Sweetbriar Lake tahoe, Marriott Canyon Villas, Hyatt High Sierra, Point at Poipu
Free every year studio week for weeks 15-20 & 39-49 at this beautiful north Lake Tahoe lakefront resort. Full kitchen, fireplace, queen murphy bed. Free kayak use, pool, hot tub, and BBQs. Maintenance fees are $975, day use available, and bonus nights available (range from $75-100/night). Eligible for free Grand Pacific exchange membership. I have used the studio to trade into 2 bedrooms in Hawaii ( Hanalei bay resort). I will pay all transfer fees for the new owner (Grand pacific transfer $475 and deed prep $200). First use 2020.
