- 2019 Membership Fee of $630USD Paid
- 2020 Membership Fee will be paid by Seller
- Purchase will include 15000 Holiday Credits for 2020 for Purchaser’s use
- Seller will pay the $650USD fee to Royal Holiday Club to transfer the contract into the Purchaser’s name

Royal Holiday Club representatives advised that the Seller and Purchaser will need to meet the following requirements to complete the transfer of my membership:
* Cover a transfer fee of $650USD, either by yourself, by the party that is buying it, or by both parties. (The $650USD transfer fee will be paid by seller)
* A Notarized Letter signed by both co-owners, and the party/parties buying the membership in which you will be relinquishing the obligations and benefits it grants and the party/parties buying it accept them.
The letter must include full names, addresses, telephone numbers (2 telephone numbers of the party/parties buying the membership), email addresses of all parties, 4 last digits of buyer´s social security number, type of membership and contract number.
*Photocopies of the photo ID of contract holders and the party/parties buying the membership.
* The membership must be current, with no balance due. We do not transfer contracts to companies or from delinquent members. Once we have received all the requirements, it can take about 2 or 3 weeks to complete the transfer process.
