Plus, you mentioned, spliting .. Is this a lockoff unit? What is the kitchen and balcony situation for each side? And the value for exchanging on each side (TPU or RCI Points).

We use RCI weeks and the trading value is 24. We have already paid the 2018 maintenance fees with the current year deposited in RCI but could be transferred. The rest of the years have not been deposited yet in RCI in case you wanted to use the actual resort. It is a lock-out unit with side A having a full kitchen and B have a partial kitchen. When booking, you can request a balcony view.

This unit is still available and we have already paid the 2018 maintenance fees and would pay all closing costs with a transferred deed. Let me know if you are interested. We have used the unit for over 10 years, depositing in RCI and because the trading value is so high, we have had no issues traveling anywhere in the world.

Usually first or second week in May. Weston is a beautiful area, within 15-20 drive to Hollywood beach. We deposit our unit in RCI and it has a high trading value of 24 which has allowed us to travel all over.
