First use 2019

1 bedroom

unit 4404

The timeshare building is ocean front

Unit is not ocean front, patio has side ocean view

maintenance 2018 was $515


FREE, Closing costs paid by me, will use LT Transfers


Finally closed on my week 4 at the Banyan, Key West. Now the Voyager needs a new home.


This is the last one I plan on offering at this time. Tuggers got my other 6 within the last few months.

Planned upgrades....new carpeting in hallways this summer, new furniture this fall, then kitchen renovations planned.

RCI says “Situated on the Gulf of Mexico with rolling sand dunes, sea oats and island of palm trees, the Voyager Beach Club offers a picture perfect Florida landscape and an amazing view of the fabulous Gulf Coast sunset. The resort features shuffleboard and an outdoor swimming pool. You can also go boating, fishing or just relax by the beach. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor barbeque area.”
