I was looking at a 3 bedroom lockoff Gold Point Breckenridge, biennial. Does anyone know if I could book a two bedroom and then trade out the other part in II or would I have to trade both into II in order to split them?
    Thanks

Are you talking about buying a biennial 3BR in Breckenridge? If that's what you're saying, which resort is it? Does it use points or set weeks? Which resort company/family it's in determines a lot/everything.
The more details we get, the more we can give you definitive answers.

The resort is literally called "Gold Point Resort Breckenridge". Fixed week.

Ah, found it. It's a silver star/select resort but it is rated well and seems quite nice. Which type of three bedroom? They appear to have three different ones, none of which really look like a lock-off. I'm not sure if they'd let you split your three bedroom into multiple weeks with II. It depends on how flexible Gold Point is. Other than that, I'm just doing guesswork. And while in my opinion it should be a premiere/gold star resort, since it isn't it may not trade all that well, but that will also depend on which week you get.
