Since Grand Pacific exchange changed their system a year or two ago, has anyone had success with an ongoing search? I thought their new system was supposed to notify you if the unit you wanted became available, but I haven't seen any evidence of that. However, I was searching for something that might be a rare deposit. Has anyone else gotten a notification?

Yes, last year I received an email - essentially reminding me that the new month's units had made it to their website. You still had to go online to book the week.

What are you looking for? Maybe someone can let you know if they have seen it in the past.

I had an ongoing search for a one bedroom at San Clemente Cove for this past October. I had previously booked a studio for our dates thru Grand Pacific and had requested an upgrade to a one bedroom in the notes. Although I never saw a one bedroom appear on the website and never got a notice of availability, when we got there to check in they had upgraded us to a one bedroom. It was excellent customer service, but it made me wonder about ongoing searches.
