I need to cancel an SDO exchange (checking into Westin Lagunamar 11-25-18) tonight to preserve my 59 days replacement week exchange window.. My understanding is if I cancel tomorrow I will be stuck with a 30 day window, I looked on the interval world website to cancel the exchange but can't find where to cancel it, there is no button to do so, Please help me if you know how to cancel a confirmed exchange on the interval web-site.

Thank you.

I'm not aware of anyway to cancel an II exchange online. You have to call in to cancel.

You could also have emailed the II TUG Members mailbox. Had the email been sent before the deadline, they probably would have accommodated with an the lesser restricted cancellation replacement week. Hopefully you called them today and still worked something out?
