Help! Lost star options!

Hello, we have 2 timeshares totaling 185,100 star options a year and 3 star elite. We always bank our options...we thought we banked 2016 but it appears we didn't! What can we do? Is there anyway to get our star options for 2016? Our dues are up to date. Help! Any advice would be welcomed!

I wrote a response, thinking you were talking about 2017 StarOptions. I don't know how you could save last years StarOptions? Maybe a call to Owner Services with lots of begging???? I feel your pain!

I know....2016 star options....makes me sick to my stomach. My father was going through extensive chemo treatments and wasn't doing well and he was handling the payments. So we thought he banked them...and he didn't. Praying they take mercy on us
