Yes, guests at HGVC Flamingo have complementary access to the Flamingo pools the last time I checked.

The reason I ask is because they do not have pictures of the pool on the HGVC website. (And, it's a huge selling point for the timeshare.)

I think the Flamingo pool is for adults only, so maybe that is why they don't advertise it as a general amenity?

I would rethink there’s no pictures because it’s not a part of the timeshare and, as such, probably can’t be a guaranteed amenity.
From the HGVC website:
- Resort guests at Hilton Grand Vacations Club at the Flamingo are able to enjoy the adjacent Flamingo Hotel & Casino "GO Pool". The GO Pool features daily musical entertainment, special guest DJs, concert events, cabana rentals, gaming and much more. The Flamingo GO Pool operates daily 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. from March to October, weather permitting. All guests must be 21 years of age or older to enjoy the GO Pool. In addition, resort guests can enjoy a special 10% discount at participating outlets within the Flamingo Hotel & Casino.
