How do I split up my 3Bdr Lockoff?

This is probably something that I should know... but I don't. :(

How do I split up my 3 Bdr Lock-Off at Harborside, so I can use the 2 Bdr and the 1 Bdr Premium separately?

Do I just cash in the 3 bdr and reserve the two units with the points? or is there another method?

All help appreciated.

Thanks!

Its a 2 BR and 1 BR deluxe (smaller 1Br).

3 BR's are all phase 2 floating, so I think you can just reserve the 2 units separately during home week period.
I own a 2 BR lock off phase 1 and it is automatically reserved as a full unit and if I want it split for my same fixed week, I have to call and have it done. Otherwise if I want to reserve for separate weeks I need to reserve them later.

If it is already reserved as the full 3 BR and you want to keep one for that week and use the other part later you should call to avoid losing the unit you want to keep.

Thanks for the info above.

We do have a 2 Brd and the 1 Bdr Premium. We always get the same unit, if we go when our automatic reservation is made. Definitely, it is the Premium, with the deck and larger livingroom.

Since it is auto reserved you might have had one that was fixed and it might have a balcony because it is a corner unit but I am pretty sure it still should be a deluxe. What season and how many points and what unit number? If you don't take the fixed unit then you probably won't get the same unit and you might not get one with a balcony. I don't own that unit type so I could be wrong but knowing the season and points should tell you if it is a premium or deluxe.

We own a 3 br lock off EOY at Harborside- We have booked them as back to back weeks (ours are NOT automatic), 1br then 2 br. I must say it was the easiest room move we have ever had. They cleaned the 2BR side next door to us early. We then just walked all our stuff over through the lock-off door. Easy

Our unit is fixed IF we use our week. It is a corner unit, and it is definitely the Premium. We've stayed in it 5 or 6 times. We've also once stayed in a One Bedroom Deluxe, so I know the difference between the units. One other time we changed weeks and we still got the 3 Bdr with the Premium 1 Bdr. We are Premium Plus season... or that's what it says on our booking reference in any event.
