I've been watching a lone one night booking at Clearwater for quite some time. There was just one night for all of December. The 24th. I could tell it was a 2 bedroom. Sometime this afternoon it's no longer available. How would that happen? I was hoping to try to grab it on the 9th. Not anymore. Hey WYN, what up?

Someone could have cancelled their adjacent 2BR nights and re-booked to include that orphaned night.

That would require cancelled rooms to come back into inventory. I'm not seeing that happening. I've seen some things return 3 days later, but nothing in minutes or even over night. So what you described could happen, but I don't think it's likely.

It's probably for sale on Extra Holidays.

Maybe I'm a conspiracy theorist, but it seems our inventory problems are inversely proportionate to inventory aplenty on Extra Holidays.

Maybe someone cancelled a stay, did not come back into inventory but took the 1 night with it to wherever they go.

Maybe inventory control took it for a resort issue.

Without knowing the new system it is hard to know.

I am completely convinced it’s all getting sucked into Extra Holidays

I am seeing a lot of resorts that have 0 inventory for all of december which doesn't make much sense to me.

Every day in Dec for Branson in all 3 resorts are booked.

What gives?

Branson is really decorated and has special holiday shows at Christmas. I wouldn't be surprised if all three resorts were full. This is their busy season. It is hard to get a reservation in Branson in December unless you book ahead.

Now, in January the place is quiet and a lot of shows are on hiatus.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
My vote is for some type of inventory error.
