Received the email today regarding Sunset board of directors and maintenance fees. I was looking for others thoughts on the full funding question. If I remember correctly, last year we voted to advance the 2019 upgrade/maintenance projects to 2018, and that cost us a one time $100 more give or take, for one year only. I am wondering why that is not (or maybe it is?) reflected in the partial or full funding amounts? What is the long term liability for this years "under funding". Will this sort of wash out in the coming years? If the liability is 10 years down the road, I would kick it down that road, but 4 or 5 years is a different thing.
And is there a way to comment to the board, like why the lack of updates on the renovations, those sort of minor issues?
