A new company has taken over the billings for Universal Vacation Club INC a few years ago. When Resort com took over they sent me an invoice for a maintenance fee for a week I had already used. It took them a while to figure out that I was right as I gave them the reservation confirmation number.
After fixing this I wondered if I could have just paid the mf they wanted and used the week again.
Two years latter it has happened again. I decided to pay the mf and take the week again. I asked resort com if they were sure this week was available and said yes and that I might have used a banked week earlier this year. So now I have an extra week with the extra time to use it.
