II Confirmation Certificates Problems

Is anyone else having problems receiving their Confirmation Certificates from II?
I normally received my II Confirmation Certificates within 24 hours. It has been over 24 hours now.
Is the lateness caused by the current II sales promotion ?

I have noticed that they seem to take longer than usual. I just go to my history, find the trade and click resend confirmation. It usually comes within a few minutes.

I has had, for years, off and on problems with their confirmation emails getting delivered.

Went to History again this morning. Click On Resend again and in three (3) minutes. I rec'd my confirmation.:whooopie:
