Can someone tell me why I get a whole listing of exchange area availabilities when I use their system to place a search, then when I click on an area, like "Palm Beaches," all of a sudden, there is no availability? My search window is two months wide and I repeatedly get the listing of the area as having availability when I enter my dates. This is so frustrating.

Because the system is buggy. Hit the refresh/F5 key until the weeks show up. I've had to do this as many as 7 or 8 times to get it to load.

It may also mean there is availability but you don't have enough trade power to book it.

That will also happen if you are searching for a unit larger than the one that is available. Try searching for units that will accommodate 2 and the system should show what's within those "available" areas.
