I couldn't open the article on this ipad but would chime in that tourists are not targets of violent crime for the most part. I know many people that travel to Latin America, which includes Mexico, that have nothing but good experiences on their visits for the most part.

Today we are about a mile away from the place El Chapo was enjoying before his arrest. Very nice place,imo.

there are easy ways to read the article for free. And the article is definitely worth reading
But newspapers need revenue to continue producing good articles so ......
(trying to be ethical here )
