Info on how to sell my Coconut Plantation timeshare

I need to sell my week at the Hyatt Residence Club Bonita Springs, Coconut Plantation.
How do I determine the current value and whats my best course of action? Any help would be appreciated.

Week: 22 (May 30 - Jun 6, 2020) Every other year
Room Type: Two Bedroom
Unit #: 5182L

A bronze week has a very low, if any, resale value. This being every other year makes it worse. And then there are closing fees and a $650 Hyatt transfer fee. I would suggest trying listing it for free in the TUG Bargain Deals:

I second echino’s recommendation. There is also a Hyatt FB Group you may find a buyer wanting it.

Your dilemma is you pay the program fee in on and off years. Plus only get 1300 points every other year. For the same MF amout a Diamond 2200pts, Platinum 2000pts, Gold 1880 pts pays. This puts you at well over $1 per point.

If you really want out. I would just give this away with buyer paying transfer/closing fees. You may still need to sweeten by paying some or all fees to transfer as well
