We have a family getaway planned with 3 units at Marriott Grande Vista starting 12/16.

If we buy a getaway for a friend at a different (non-Marriott) resort on 12/15 or 12/16, is that a problem?

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
Do you have 3 Getaways booked and are trying to book a 4th or are any of these Exchanges? If all are getaways I don't thing they will let you add another one even if it is different by a day.

I thought the limit was only for the same resort.

I think it is also a max of 3 at same resort. Different resort I believe is ok.
