I guess it wouldn't be a marina in a Mexican tourist locale if it didn't have an abandoned condo project. Does anyone know the story behind this one in Ixtapa? How many people got scammed in "pre-development" sales, like the Bel-Air in Marina Vallarta?
I don't know about ages, but I don't think any potential condo buyers were scammed at the ghost shopping center.
Down the end of the road to the right from that retail complex is the unfinished building that was used in the BelAir Resort and Golf Club con job. That' s what came to mind when I saw this project.
