Does anyone have any experience with this property?

I've not actually stayed there, but I know the property well enough. Most of the units are in separated buildings situated right on the beach, with just a few units per individual building. Nice enough layout, IMnsHO. Older construction, stairs required to upper level units. Parking can be a bit of a challenge.

However, there are also few (much less desirable) units on the other side of busy Estero Boulevard (i.e., not on the beach) which I would not consider staying in even if paid handsomely to do so. Those particular units are virtually right on busy Estero Blvd. I vaguely recall that they are units numbered 42-47, but that detail can be confirmed by the resort itself, if necessary.

Don't know when you are considering going, but it may be worth noting that the Red Tide outbreak in that area is truly horrific at this time.

Hope this helps. If not, 100% of what you just paid to me will be cheerfully refunded. :D
