Lakeview Golf Resort, located in Morgantown, is listed to be sold at online auction next month. Anyone know how this will affect the timeshares?

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
I would reach out to the resort and ask. I would imagine they sent something to the owners already but who knows.

The Lakeview Golf Resort & Spa

located in Morgantown, West Virginia

will be up for sale on an online auction Sept. 23-25
with a minimum bid starting at $1 million.

The property, built in 1950, sits on 412 acres and has 187 rooms. It also has two 18-hole golf courses. Lakeview and Mountainview. Other resort amenities include a 40,000-square-foot fitness center, Legends Sports Bar & Grille and Fusion Restaurant, meeting and event space, several swimming pools, as well as direct access to other outdoor recreation options.

I sold my week there last year (had to pay to do so).

The two courses there were quite nice.

It is hard to tell from the article if they are just selling unsold inventory and developer rights or if there is an agreement already in place to buy out all the remaining owners.
