Well, its that time of year again. Maintenance fees. Notice received, due now for 2019. Considered "delinquent/default on Jan 05, 2019. My weeks are in October so its a lot of sunk money early on in the year. Not to argue the "fairness" of owning late in the year week, and having the same payment date as a early week, I was wondering what "delinquent" means or the possible consequences. Are there late fees and such? Just looking for opinions of how long one could delay payment before incurring extra fees, or other actions. (I have the weeks reserved for my use.)

Aside from the issue of collections, which is almost nil, I believe you won't have any access to the HRC website. You can't make reservations or get on wait lists. Not sure if you have access to make MF payments, but one would hope so.

Many charge late fees, and will send you to collections after a period of time.

Look at your bill and look at when penalties start. I have on timeshare where payment to Jan 1 and then penalty begins, and I have another the penalty does not begin until Feb 28th.

Access to old HRC website was extremely limited the day the MF invoices were mailed out in early November - the ONLY thing that you had access to was the ability to pay the MF.

With the new HRC site, once the MF's are mailed out, it seems the only thing that is blocked is checking availability to make a reservation. To those that have not yet paid the MF's, please verify what sort of access you're seeing.
