Reciprocal ARP is where one resort has a timeshare interval that can be used at another resort during the RARP early booking window. Another source of RARP is when someone bought a deed at one location for another location, A RARP might have gone with the transaction. I have this on one of my deeds.

This is not limited to Gold and Platinum owners. If someone is thinking of buying re-sale, they may want to ask if the contract has a RARP right.

Thanks for the further explanation and example of timeshares that have RARP!

A couple of highly regarded resellers on eBay are Sumday and tochoa25.
Sumday has a 154k Grand Desert contract on eBay currently. Grand Desert is lower MFs than Smoky Mountains
Tochoa25 has a 154k Waikiki Beach Walk contract on ebay currently.
Both will probably sell for well under $3k all in combined.
When on eBay just make sure you read the complete listing for all costs on top of your bid.

If you contact Sumday directly they may have another Grand Desert contract available or even a Smoky Mountains contract available
Thank you! This is the advice I needed!! I appreciate your expertise and time!

I was bidding, I submitted a bid higher than the previous 3 on eBay and lost during the last minute bids :(

There will be more! Now I know which sellers to watch. I’m so very thankful!

Consider using an Ebay Sniper if you're serious.
It will do a better job bidding on the 'amazing deals' that go low......
and it will prevent you from getting 'auction fever' and overbidding if somebody is feathering the bids.....

Google which one is best and techniques.

Also, there is always a 'dead spot' at the end of auctions, so don't count on sniping a bid with '1 sec' as you will probably miss the bid.
