Location
S. California
Resorts Owned
Marriott DSV II
Riviera Beach Spa Resort (deed back 2018)
What is the main difference between the resort.
Same location, same services, oceanfront.

Looking at floorplans maybe Grand has King bed in Master and Londoner has Queen in Master.

I am booked for Londoner but if both are great I would consider Grand if a King Bed.
Anyone know for sure?

Thank you

I stayed in a Londoner two bedroom Penthouse last month and the master had a king bed. The second bedroom had two twins. My opinion stay with the Londoner. Better central location guaranteed, with nicer, newer more modern units.
Enjoy your trip!
Good Luck,
Mahlon
