The second site is flawed. I live in Suffolk County, Long Island. Suffolk is a county with many towns (no cities). We are about 1 to 3 hours outside of New York City with very low crime in most areas.

I'm in Fairfax County Va. right now among the + $1MM homes.
Doesn't seem dangerous but many politicians live here so I suppose it could be violent and unpredictable. And soon the adjacent Arlington county will have Amazon employees so yes, it could get dangerous.
