UPDATED TO INCLUDE ALL MVC/STARWOOD RESORT LOCATIONS!!!

I know that there are the TUG Reviews and multiple threads with various comments and insights on the MVC resorts , but thought it would be fun to challenge Marriott & Starwood Tuggers to a concise listing of "impressions, resort structure and reviews".

Challenge = 6 topics with max of 6 words per topic!! - Your choose the TOPICS, you choose the WORDS!

I just stayed at Fairway Villas (New Jersey) at the end of June so will begin the thread...

FAIRWAY VILLAS
  1. Resort Location - no beach or golf course views
  2. Units - multiple "condo-buildings", full kitchen, remodeled
  3. Grounds - well kept, quiet pool & family pool
  4. Activities - day trips, evening socials, golf adjacent
  5. What to do - beaches 20-45 minutes, Philly 60 minutes
  6. Grocery/Liquor - Shop-Rite, White Horse Wine/Liquor
READY, SET, GO!!

I like this but confused by thread title. "Hawaii" -- but you wrote about New Jersey?

I used New Jersey as the EXAMPLE as we just stayed there at the end of June. I have no experience with Hawaii resorts, thus the challenge that has been requested...

Units: 2BR and 3BR non-lockoffs designated as oceanvista, oceanside and gardenview; en-suite baths for each; large walk-in shower in the Master with tub/showers in others; King bed in Master with 2 Queens in each of the others; large kitchen/living area; balconies with table/4 chairs

Footprint: X6 5-story buildings in a large, absolutely beautiful natural setting at the beachfront marsh with an emphasis on local floral/fauna throughout; two outdoor pools, splash pad, hot tubs and indoor pool; basketball, horseshoes, bocce on the beach, cornhole, ping-pong etc

Beach: Flat bike-able sand makes for a large shallow surf at high tide and tide pools at low; chairs/umbrella set-ups are available for fee from the town which funds beach maintenance and life guards; limited chair/umbreall/beach buggy set-ups are available free from the resort; gorgeous sunrise photo ops

Onsite Activities: Jam-packed schedule of day and evening free and fee-based offerings for the entire family including organized team sports; Kids Night In option at least once each week if you want an adult-only outing; small movie theatre on-property with recent cable releases; at least one night per week a food option of Beer/Brauts, Oyster/Shrimp/Crab buckets, etc

Offsite Activities: self-guided biking paths all over the island with multiple bike rental options including onsite, water/boating activities at the beach and at several marinas on the Broad Creek side of the island, golf and mini-golf, day trips to Savannah and Charleston areas; parasailing; zip lining; some resort-organized excursions to nearby on- and off-island sites with transportation provided

Meals: Hundreds of restaurants to choose from, see Marty's HHI Restaurant Thread [Ongoing]; several high-end and regular supermarkets are nearby if you want to take advantage of the grill facilities and outfitted full-kitchen (which is our preference)

**My favorite, hands-down no contest :)

[ETA] Whoops, sorry, just realized I completely failed to use only six words per topic! (Which you probably know is impossible for me ...)
