You indicated that you want to visit your home resort 100% of the time but you also answered the trade question. If you are looking at only buying 1 and always staying there, then you may want to pick the "best" resort in Orlando area. "Best" would be desirability of the resort with the value that you are looking for. For example, Marriott's Lakeshore Reserve is considered one of the best, if not the best timeshare in Orlando, but the MF is about $1,600 per year, which is considered high for Orlando area. I believe you stayed at either SVR or SVV recently. SVR has lower MF than SVV. SVV mandatory Bella and Key West phases have higher MF but also comes with Star Options which you may book other Vistana resorts within the internal booking system without the need for to pay an exchange fee. SVV may give you the best of both worlds, staying there and if one day you want to book something within the Vistana system through VSN or other resorts through Interval International. SVV comes with annual club dues which you pay $140 per year, but that covers a free Interval International (external exchange company) account.
