Just called Wyndham and they said no changes on June 1st. Then I asked specifically about the hotel spin-off. Their position it is not happening on June 1st. This rep is not worthy of belief. Info was supposedly per a supervisor.

I could live with the current clunky website and live with a sloppy cancel/rebook/upgrade process if they'd just bring back a Credit Pool. Let me Pool the current use year points, during the current use year, giving me 2 to 3 years to use them. Maybe they will fix the issue with short term availability. All kinds of dates will show availability at a resort but you can't string 2 days together to make a booking. Reality is, I don't see any dramatic changes coming, way too much effort involved.
Talked with a Wyndham Rep a little bit ago. The revised site will be here on or after June 1,2018. What he indicated is happening is RCI is joining the myclubwyndham site. Apparently, it will be under the Wyndham Destinations banner.

Please NO!!! RCI Points website works just fine. I never use Weeks or Points inside Wyndham so can't speak to how they work. The screaming will get really loud if they screw RCI up, Wyndham users are but a portion of those using the current RCI websites.

I don't know, I can see potential good and bad here. The site is clunky but I have adjusted to using it. Potential good- will this eliminate the transaction fee for using RCI? Potential bad- will we see an increase in points for RCI resorts? Potential bad- will we see an end to last calls? These are just a few that popped in my head off the bat though. I hadn't heard any details until now.
But knowing Wyndham, I'm sure we will see all the bad and none of the good.
