I've seen a couple of old threads about a company Vacation Ownership Consultants. Just now saw a Facebook advertisement for this company and their app called Cancel Any Timeshare.

That should set off alarm bells right there. Any one should know that you can't cancel a timeshare. It's deeded property. You can sell it, give it away, or get the resort's HOA or parent company to take it back (eg. Wyndham's Ovation program) but you can't cancel it.
