Where is this? Is it annual?

It’s a studio in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Annual use.
I don’t know much about the place. Just what I read on their site and the internet.
A lot of people use this for II trading because of low maint fee. That is why I have it.
eBay value is more or less zero. It is not a negative equity unit. They do move.
