Just to advise all that the Resort is not abiding by ADA law regarding Registered Service Animals, in this case dogs...A suit will be started against this TS via ADA unless these fees are stopped. In all fairness since August The Board of Oceatime has been knocking the can down the road and supposedly as I write are drawing specifics regarding comfort animals and Service Dogs....WOW you can not charge a cleaning fee under ADA guidelines, nor ask for proof of a disabilty....The resort complies with other ADA requirements but chooses not to regarding ADA Service Animal tort...just an fyi

People with disabilities and their services are not to be isolated from other customers or patrons. They also may not be treated less favorably or be required to pay additional fees for their animals. Businesses that charge additional fees or deposits for pets – such as hotels – must waive these fees for service animals.

OCEAN TIME CONDOMINIUM – RULES & REGULATIONS

12. ONLY OWNERS are allowed to have a pet in their unit.

Only one (1) dog is allowed. NO CATS.
Only one (1) dog less than 40 lbs.
The pet fee is $125.00.

This fee pays for the dander, hair and extermination charges due to allergies of owners and other guests. Please advise management before or during check-in if you have a dog. A $200 charge will be assessed for an unreported dog after check-in.

ILLEGAL thank you for the post it will be used in my ADA suit unless changed by the resort. These fees are not allowed under ADA and if the fees are charged for that, where are the cleaning fees charged by the contractor who never, I repeat never cleans a unit after "dog use"

Also Service Dog is NOT a pet by definition.
