Going to LV for a few days on the way to Sedona. The last time I was there the Linq construction was still going on so requested and got south wing room at Flamingo. I’m wondering now that its all finished if its more advantageous to stay in the north wing next to Linq?

Stayed at Elara the last few times but couldnt get a 2br there this trip.

No real difference. Both directions have interesting views. We always go out the main door to get the the Lynq, so wing matters less. South Wing makes it easier to get to the monorail if one wants to but, again, marginally.

Cheers.

I was there a year ago and you can walk out the north door and go around the back of the building next door by the Ferris Wheel to get to that area of shops and clubs. But at night time, that might not be the safest or smart thing to do. Staying in the south Tower will provide the best exit to walk through the Flamingo Casino and walk by the buffet to get that area.

We were just there and I’m not sure it really matters... depends on where you are going. It’s not a giant property and we generally leave via the lobby to walk towards the Flamingo. Yes, the south wing makes it closer if you go out that door, but not a huge amount of difference.

Yeah, we always go out that way to the Lynq- around the back by the High Roller. Never seems to be a problem at any hour. Since the elevators are in the middle, though, unless one is on a very low floor, it's the same to go out any of the doors and the tower won't matter much. Realized that the same is true for the South tower and monorail :)

Cheers.
