Problem with II Exchange Search

When I try to do an exchange search, I keep getting a message that my resort's date is not a valid check in date. I know that it is because I have a confirmation number for that date, and it is also a default date that II displays when I am entering the information for the resort that I would be depositing. My membership is good for three months past the date that I have been trying to use. Does anyone know what the problem is and how it can be corrected?

Trish,

Try to change the check-in date to a Fri,Sat, or Sun. If that does not work I would call II. I had a similar issue and it turned out to be that my unit # was different from what was on the account. They changed it and now I have no problems

Vacationeer,
I just tried to change the check in day to Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. My resort has a Monday check in. II's calendar will only let me choose Monday check in dates.
