If you own both an annual week 154K and then you purchase an EOY week 154K how does Wyndham calculate your club dues. Is it based on how many points are available, average points per year, or total ownership.
example 1-based on use year avalable
1999 154 K club fee = min 135.00
2000 154K+154K club fee 308 *.58 =178.64
example 2- based on avg
would they charge you based on the average points
average 231 K would be min 135.00 every year
Example 3- based on total ownership
308*.58= 178.64 every year
