Question about lodging from Casablanca Express certificate

We received an incentive getaway from visiting Worldmark Indio. The certificate came from Casablanca Express and we made a reservation through them for the Big Bear choice of offered destinations.

They didn't have info on lodging and said they will send me a confirmation letter. Our date isn't until August.

I was wondering if anyone has used them in the past. Do they really give us a hotel room or will we be in a timeshare? I had never used one of these things and was wondering how it worked.

They do not have good reviews on Yelp...I am trying to decide whether to try to redeem my vacation with them. I am not sure it is worth the hassle that others have posted about.
