That statement has been showing up on my page for a long time - I still haven't figured it out.
When I made the most recent exchange it showed the normal amount, and I completed the transaction, but I noticed I didn’t get a confirmation email. When I went back online to check, it was showing as a “hold” even though it had originally said the transaction was complete. Now, it showed the -$60, and it wanted me to go through the completion steps again. I did, and it finished the transaction at the discounted exchange fee, and I got the confirmation email.
