RCI into DVC and resort parking charges

I read in another thread that exchangers "may" not have to pay the $24 overnight parking fees DW imposes for people brining a car.

Can anyone with an RCI exchange and had a car confirm this?

RCI trade-ins has the same resort parking rights as DVC members. (so it would be free)

I was at SSR in January 2019 on an RCI exchange. I paid the $190 RCI exchange fee but parked free at both the resort and the parks

And again last week we parked free at SSR & Hollywood studio using an RCI exchange
