RCI OGS error

Hi,

I am trying to set up an ongoing search for RCI in the weeks area. After I entered the information, I got this error message:

WKOS018 : We were unable to process your request. Please verify your information and try again or call the Call Center to continue.

Has anyone else received this error and know what it may mean? I don't want to call the call center unless absolutely necessary ;)

Just an update - I called to see what the problem was.

The customer service rep said they were still trying to get the kinks out of the new site.

I just saw the same message today when I tried to start an OGS. It's been over 4 years. I guess they are still working on those kinks. :rolleyes:
