I'm going to be putting my timeshare up for exchange on RCI for the first time. I have never used RCI before and do not have a membership, which I know I have to purchase first.
Once I do that, is it better to put my week up for exchange using the website or to call RCI? I am under the impression the customer service leaves a lot to be desired when calling, but I'm a bit nervous about depositing online because I've never done it before.
All advice is appreciated.
