Recent WorldMark trade experience in RCI

A few years ago there was a known glitch where weeks requests were awarded exchanges before WorldMark and other corporate accounts. It seems as though that glitch may continue to exist. I'm wondering if others have recent experience similar to mine, described below.

For the last two years, I've had ongoing requests with WorldMark search First and with a week's deposit, looking for the identical week and Resort in Hawaii. The searches were started within days of each other, but the WorldMark search was started first. Recently, I got the exchange with the weeks deposit, but got nothing with the WorldMark search.

Does anybody know whether RCI ever did a follow-up on this glitch?
