Do you mean an 'internal' exchange through your resort? I would think that would be up to your resort. If your deed says you can only rez. weeks 25>32 then you may be stuck with using those weeks. Check with your resort.

As an option you could rez. your week and then deposit it with an exchange co. (RCI, II, SFX, etc.) and put in a request for a 'non-red' week. This is an iffy strategy however.
